The appellation Minervois-La Livinière is one of the most active in Languedoc.
L’Ostal Cazes has chosen to join, together with the winemakers of la Livinière and its environs, in a dynamic enhancement of the terroir by opening its cellar to great wines of the appellation.
Our "Terroir Showcase" offers a selection of the finest wines of the Minervois-La Livinière appellation.
Each week during the summer, the wines of a property are presented along with wines from L’Ostal Cazes. In addition, every Friday, a local wine grower offers a tasting of his wines.
The Grand Opening - 2008 Season
In partnership with LFN Organisation, we welcome wine lovers as well as first time wine tasters visiting the region to come, unearth and discover the world class wine produced from the legendary terroir of Minervois-La Livinière.
