Appellation Minervois

L’Ostal Cazes - Estibals is the fruit of the collected plots of the estate classified in the Minervois appellation.

It takes its name from a beautiful plot of the estate: “Les Estibals”.

By perfectly reflecting the balance between the different grape varieties of the appellation, its roundness and its fruit make it a gourmet wine that expresses all the flavours of this sunny region.

• Blend: 30% Syrah, 35% Grenache, 35% Carignan
• Ageing: 12 months in French oak barrels.
• Tasting notes: Powerful, generous and elegant, L’Ostal Cazes-Estibals is the very expression of the great wines of the Languedoc. With a strong purple colour, it offers aromas of garrigue scrubland, morello cherries and blackberries. On the palate, the tannins are present in very fine grain accompanied by an understated oakiness.
