Comprehensive restructuring of the vineyard
Since 2003, a comprehensive restructuring has been undertaken on the vineyard to maximize the potential of the grapes.
Massive uprooting of vines, replanting of varietals, drainage work on the soil and tying up the vines in particular have been undertaken.
