An internship in winemaking at Lynch-Bages brought this oenologist from the Landes region into contact with Daniel Llose. It was on that occasion that his professional skills had been noticed.
In 2003, Daniel Llose asked him to join his team and charged him with the project of completely renovating the vineyard and the L’Ostal Cazes olive grove at La Livinière.
Devoting himself entirely to his work, clearing, planting and replanting many plots, he began to revive this magnificent property on which since 2003, has produced an olive oil full of finesse and a range of fine wines.
Thanks to Fabrice Darmaillacq and his knowledge of the region, the interested tourist can enjoy an excellent reception at L’Ostal Cazes in the former tile factory (Tuilerie), now headquarters of the operation, and a network of original, informative and recreational discovery trails in the vineyard and surrounding garrigue scrubland.
