The four varietals

L’Ostal Cazes comes from a vineyard planted with Syrah, Carignan, Grenache and Mourvèdre, the largest varietals of Languedoc.

On the very special terroir of La Livinière, these varietals are perfectly expressed and once blended offer elegant, powerful wines of great aromatic complexity.

The appellation wine Minervois-La Livinière must include in their blending the grape varietals Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah for at least 60%; at least 40% of which must be Mourvèdre or Syrah.
